Baby Charlotte is such as little sweetie! Mom and I were trying to decide if we are going to do the shoot within Charlotte’s first two weeks as most newborn kids are done, but with Charlotte being a C-section baby she had a chance of having dysplasia in her hips. What that means is her hips are a little bit different and she has to wear a little harness for about a month so her joints can ease back to the correct places.
After much after some debate we decided we wanted to capture her newborn-ness and went for it !! We were able to use some wraps and get some really cute close-ups of Charlotte as well as her big brother. He may have made me work harder than she did! Two-year-olds are a wonderful challenge but we definitely got some great ones. As you can see, we had an amazing session, and what a great family!! So happy that after a short time, the braces did their trick and Charlotte’s hips are exactly as they should be!
